I’m an office operations and company culture specialist, helping startups with everything from opening office doors to planning fun company events. It’s no secret that entrepreneurs and startup employees are stretched thin. My role is to help the organization maintain its focus, while creating an environment that is fun, collaborative, and efficient. Whether it be planning a team building exercise or an event to celebrate a company milestone, I’m passionate about bringing people together to laugh, smile, and grow. I believe that smooth office operations and a strong culture are critical for company growth, but it’s easy to underestimate the time and commitment it takes to establish these elements early-on.

My training as a private pilot taught me to keep my head up and to be well prepared for possible diversions to a plan. As a result, my approach to planning is proactive and well thought out. I combine my drive for operational efficiency with a sense of creativity. I look at scenarios or challenges from different perspectives, but I don’t let that stop me from taking action and driving outcomes.

I am passionate about helping startups become successful. Startup leaders and their employees take real risks. They have a lot on the line - professionally, financially, and even personally. In spite of the challenges, startups carry with them a sense of excitement about future possibilities. It’s part of my nature to soak-up that energy, to share the sense of purpose, and to personally invest myself in their success. In my career I’ve held different titles and played different roles, but ultimately what I enjoy most is being a person that can be counted on to get the job done.
