Sacha Vekeman

Hey, I’m Sacha, born in Belgium. Child of the eighties and watched Back to the Future over and over again.

I've spent my youth in the beautiful city of Ghent and hacked my first computer in '84. The Amstrad CPC 464 with cassette deck and a how-to use the Basic syntax.

I studied economy and business management in the nineties and worked in the popular Krypton club as a waiter for nearly 5 years. Wonderful years.

In 1997 I started my professional career as one of the first European employees at a high-growth Internet Service Provider in the booming Internet economy years. This allowed me to travel the world and see many places.

In 2005 I started my first internet venture and nurtured since then 15 tech startups. Today I still invest in young tech entrepreneurs. I help them with channel and market development, tech marketing and fundraising.

Today I work as a cloud specialist and channel sales manager for a large US technology company and entertain 3 teenage daughters and my beautiful wife on the weekends. We live in Gent.
