I am COO and a member of the Executive Board of indasys IT Systemhaus AG. indasys is an IT services company and Managed Service Provider (MSP) with its own data centres in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. We value quality over quantity – true to our motto "we make IT work". For schools, public administration, SMBs and enterprises, I am responsible for operational value creation from Plan through Build to Run, and I keep developing our IT operations into a standardised, scalable service. Across the indasys group we work with artificial intelligence in every area. Our goal is to use its full potential while keeping control over our data, systems and decisions.

My aim: good people, clear structures and an environment where teams can do their best work and solve their own challenges. I see myself as a moderator and enabler, not a permanent arbitrator.

I grew into the COO role at indasys. I started in project management and as CPMO, and later also took on the role of Head of Technology. Before that, I headed IT infrastructure, security and operations at a global enterprise. I have more than 25 years of experience, most of them in IT, leading international teams and projects and working as an architect for IT infrastructure and security.

I am a strategic, long-term thinker. I work as a partner and value honesty and respect, across cultures too. As a coach for entrepreneurial thinking and a mentor, I support people from junior IT talent up to expert level, backed by a broad network of companies, specialists and freelancers.

I was born in 1973 in Germany. I am married with two children and a Spanish water dog, and I live about 50 km east of Stuttgart. I am interested in technology, education, entrepreneurship and politics. My favourite time is spent with family and friends outdoors.
