I am Adams Swade Buari Jabri, a social entrepreneur, humanitarian, and development-focused professional from Ghana, driven by a deep commitment to service, inclusion, and sustainable impact. I am the FOUNDER & CEO of CLIMAZON, a multi-sector organization, and the Founder of CLIMAZON FOUNDATION, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting orphans, widows, persons with disabilities, and individuals on the autism spectrum.

My professional journey is shaped by strong academic and practical training in social work, human rights, disaster management, leadership, and autism care, including specialized certifications from Harvard Medical School in clinical care for adults with autism. I combine humanitarian principles with entrepreneurial solutions, believing that sustainable development is best achieved when compassion, structure, and innovation work together.

I have led and participated in community development projects, volunteering initiatives, and advocacy programs focused on education, health, inclusion, and youth empowerment. My work emphasizes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and empowering vulnerable populations to live with dignity and opportunity.
