Swale Njoroge

Hello, Matopeni Spring Valley residents, Swale Njoroge Wanjiru is my name. As a resident of the Matopeni-Spring Valley ward, I have refused to adapt to the problems that are present in this ward pushing me to run for the Member of County Assembly representative seat. This is in line with my vision to serve the people of this County Assembly Ward. We have to improve our socio-economic status and infrastructure projects and I have the solutions required. Employment and Empowerment of the special interest groups are key to me.

I have honed my skills in leadership as a youth leader in the greater Kayole estate from way back. In a more formal role, I chaired the Bursary committee of Embakasi Central Constituency (NG-CDF). Within this time, we increased the allocation of bursaries to thousands of needy students.

I have been a vocal community opinion leader oftentimes I have gone the extra mile pushing for service delivery such as extension of water pipelines in areas not served and the frequency of supply of water and street lighting for sake of security.

Matopeni- Spring Valley ward is a tight-knit community always walking the journey of friendship through laughs and sorrows of life irrespective of political affiliations. I intend to keep it that way as the incoming MCA.

My direct approach is vital and important in tackling pressing issues in this ward.

I am confident the next five years will be productive in terms of developments that will be visible in all corners of the ward. Of course, all this will be possible with a landslide victory on the 9th of August 2022.

My manifesto is in line with the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition ten pointers for a brighter Kenya under the able leadership of Raila Amolo Odinga.
