Swamy is an Associate member of Institute of Management Accountants of USA, Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering. He is also professional member/content contributor to Certified Fraud Examiners / Society of Cost Management, USA. Over his experience associated with Indian navaratna Coal India, BHEL, Liz Claiborne New York and Netherland MNC Dutch Traders.
His first assignment was started with Ramoji Group, India and part of Business Strategy team respect to implementation of Budgeting, Standard costing system, ABC Management in construction environment & a user-friendly ERP package. He has achieved recurring cost savings of more than USD 1 million with associated companies through Cost–WIP–WC Management, 6σ methods, Internal Control Systems & Process re-engineering.
Currently he is on research with the IMA Research Foundation, USA on the topic 're-structuring of basic accounting' & New MIS for Activity Based Management in Construction environment.
