At THINKSEA I take care of whole recruitment cycle, employee relations, resolution of employees issues regarding compensation, joining and exit formalities.

I lead employee communication meetings to pro actively address employee issues.

I had experience and hands on in SAP-HR Package (Implementation Consultant).

I conduct cultural events and participated the same.
I enjoy dancing and train the small team of children to dance and perform on stage. I love spending time with children.

I am married , and responsible mother of two daughters , Amrutha and Gayatri.
