🌟 I'm Swapnil Dey, an enthusiastic high-school student with a knack for leadership, technology & music. Currently based in Kolkata, I'm on a mission to drive positive change through innovation & working on things I'm genuinely passionate about.

🚀 As Founder of India Uplift Initiative, I've pioneered a student-run organization dedicated to empowering small businesses & nonprofits by enhancing their online presence. Through our efforts, we crafted globally-ready websites, business management software & impactful logos that capture their brand identity.

🎓 My journey at Delhi Public School Ruby Park has been a transformative experience.
Serving as Head Boy, I've led with integrity & vision & my 4 years in the student council have equipped me with essential leadership skills shaping my commitment to excellence.

🎹 Beyond academics & leadership, I find solace in music. I contributed to numerous triumphs in national & state-level band competitions in my run with DPS Ruby Park's Western Band, which has led me to perform in prestigious venues like the Kala Mandir Auditorium. I have worked on background scores for short films, & been part of a band called The Malhar Project. I regularly upload piano covers on my Instagram page with over 3000+ views.

💡 Tech aficionados, take note! I'm at the helm of DPS Ruby Park's Tech Club, spearheading its direction & activities. My role as Director involves managing all facets of the club, fostering a culture of innovation & skill-building. My passion for technology has driven me to win many hackathons & make projects where I've leveraged my expertise in app development & UI/UX design.

🎯 As the President of Logique, a state-level technology fest for two years in a row, I have strived to inspire young minds by encouraging them to pursue their passion for technology. Additionally, my involvement in Quizzinius, an international quizzing festival as second in-command, has allowed me to host engaging quizzes for students from many different countries. I've also had the privilege of being the President of Chrysalis, one of the largest student fests in West Bengal.
