Hi, I’m Swapnil, I am 32 and I am a consultant living in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

M.S. in Systems Engineering from BITS Pilani

I look forward to be of value and support to ambitious set of people who are starting off their new ventures and require support in managing the workflow, people and tasks.

Since one of my skillsets is working with and towards building proper structures around task management; tracking productivity, people management and providing leadership wherever necessary becomes an integral part of my work.

About Me:

I worked with an IT Firm for about 7 years and was having a decent time working. With hectic work schedules and daily travel, being with family and friends and people who I love was a major missing. Then I had a major health breakdown and while on strict bed rest to heal my body, I started to think how can I manage to be close to home, my people and still manage to impact lives.

I started a venture with my wife where we began making and selling confectionery products and the business is going strong. And while going through the whole cyclic process of starting things from scratch, I realized the importance of managing structures, managing people effectively such that work gets done in minimal amount of time with people being effective and also well treated.

That is where I started to look at supporting ambitious entrepreneurs in managing their structures while they build new ventures and have focus on processes right from the initial stages which would help them scale up with ease.

I am committed to help and support people who are looking forward to manage their workspace with respect to task force, people management and their effectivity and productivity.
