Swastik, presently residing at Baripada was born on 08 july 1985 in Moroda village of Mayurbhanj which is a Tribal dominated District of Odisha. After graduating from MPC (A) College he did his Masters in Finance from North Orissa University. His hunger to work for the society forced him to came back home by putting a fullstop to his journey from an insurance advisor to zonal sales manager in reputed companies of the nation.

Presently for his livelihood Swastik is playing a role of a Resource Person at Mayurbhanj Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. and guiding all the PACS of Mayurbhanj in Business Planning, Profit Planning and in recovery of NPAs. At the same time Swastik is also playing a role of honorary Chief Advisor at Panchajanya Sahitya Sanskruti Parisad popularly known as PSSP an NGO of Baripada for canvassing his dream to create a human friendly environment where an indivisual irrespective of caste, religion and sex can live together with honor and dignity.
