After attempting this, it turned into a self indulgent, long winded walk down memory lane, so, suffice to say I'm a visaya native, self taught/school of hard knocks chef who has cooked primarily at home. Ultimately I grew away from working for others, took up doing web development, with the penchant to still follow the biz, cook at home, and continue dreaming of opening my own kitchen. This site is a synergy of all that, with the goal to share more than basic recipes, rather to share tips, tricks and experience all the while inspiring those that like to cook at home to explore and not be afraid to approach ingredients and dishes they might not otherwise touch.
