You never realize how strong you are until faced with the most difficult situation. It's true what they say, "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger."

I am currently on permanent vacation collecting unemployment. Since I am now a full-time House Wife, I am discovering things I thought and never done like cooking. I love cooking and especially cooking healthy.

My day is spent looking for full-time employment, finding new healthy recipes, petting my son (Hudson - a 2 year old cocker spaniel) and planning my next venture in life.
