Hormone Health and Plant Based Food is a 6 week online programme and accountability group. You'll work on your mindset around hormone health, your diet and your approach to plant based meal planning & cooking. It is a space for you to plan your meals for the week, create your own recipes, plan to shop for ingredients and cook hormone supporting dishes. You'll have the chance to share ideas with others, troubleshoot any problems you might have, and most importantly, develop positive habits and behaviours around cyclical eating.
We meet once a week via Zoom to check in and share recipes, suggestions and questions with each other. During the week we keep in touch via Whatsapp, sharing photos and asking for help when we need it. All our recipes, guides and templates are kept in a shared online folder for easy access. And we each set and share targets weekly for what we'd like to achieve.
The 6 week programme is usually €100 but I am making it donation based at the moment due to the difficult times we're in. If you can afford to pay the full amount I'd really appreciate it, but if you can't please just pay what you can afford. My aim in doing this is to help as many women as possible, so it's more important to me that you have access to this if you need it.
