Howard Swerdloff

An expert in business software solutions with a focus toward Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, Howard Swerdloff is a veteran in this space and has more than 20 years of financial accounting and business technology leadership and consulting experience in the Microsoft Dynamics product line.

Currently, Howard is a Director at The Experts, a global provider of IT, business process solutions, engineering, and telecom, where he is responsible for overall business strategy and managing the technical sales and project management activities. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Dynamics Liaison with Global Tower Partners in Boca Raton, Florida where he provided Microsoft Dynamics financial system integration support, training and overall project management for the company. Before Global Partners, Swerdloff spent 18 years as CEO of Winning Applications, providing Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM implementation, and business consulting and management consulting services.

Howard has been involved in more 350 Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM projects combined and has taken an active role in a variety of areas including sales, project management, business analysis, management and functional consulting.

He is an active speaker and presenter at Microsoft and related industry conferences and events including Microsoft Convergence, GPUG Summit, and VARChannel to name a few.

While a Microsoft Partner at Winning Applications, Howard received the Microsoft Manager's Excellence Award for Collaboration and Teaming Excellence. In 2012, Swerdloff was named a GPUG All Star for his contributions to the technology community.

A Florida native, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Florida International University in Miami. He currently resides in Loxahatchee, Florida with his wife Kimberle.
