Alex Lyon

Hello,

My name is Alex and I am a student at the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. I am studying Hospitality and Tourism Management with a certificate in Sustainable Food and Farming. I have been competing in swimming competitions since I was six years old, and have been a Triathlete for the past six years. One of the main components of succeeding athletically, is mainting a healthy lifestyle that will nurture my training regiment. I am a strict vegetarian and take an hollistic aproach to managing my life. Sleep, food, excercise, spirituallity, and personall growth are all important aspexts of my life that are interconnected. I compete in the New England Collegiate Triathlon Conference, and am looking to qualify for Nationals. Call me if you would like to go on a training session with me!
