Agnes Davis, President/CEO of swim swim swim I SAY (www.swimswimswimisay.com) remembers clearly when her world completely changed in March 2009 after a wrongful termination. With no pay check or job leads in sight, a television messenge was delivered by Donny Deutch speaking on the Today Show. Mr Deutch spoke about reinvention, taking life by the horns in the midst of the present economic depression and living one's passion. Davis knew it was time to follow her passion when she read that accidental drowning was the #2 cause of children's death and that people of color were 3 times greater to drown than any other ethnic group. The purposeful niche of creating the only Fear of Water to Loving the Water(TM) swimming classes in addition to a range of swimming classes offered for tots, children, people with special needs and adults, began a new empowering business for the Upper Manhattan resident one stroke at a time.
