The manner in which we’ll proceed with your precision hard floor cleaning services will depend on the material that your floors are made from. Most surfaces with the exception of wood will be addressed with a specially chosen cleansing detergent and our rotary machine, while wooden floors will be treated with the brush heads of the machine alone. After removing the remains of the previous layer of sealant, and sanding the floor in the case of wood, we’ll apply a fresh protective coat of lacquer, wax or oil, depending on the amount of usage your floor gets put to.
