Sword of the Spirit Church Hurst, TX

Sword of the Spirit Church is a church that operates in multiple locations, including Hurst, TX, where its Revival Center is based. Founded in 2003 by Apostle Tyrone Howell Jr., Sword of the Spirit Church and its Hurst, TX-based Revival Center extend an open invitation to those who wish to explore their ministry.

The five-fold ministry of the church was established according to the proclamation of the prophets and constructed upon the foundation of the apostles. These ministries include Sons of David, charter schools, educational institutions for ministers and prophets, world-wide outreach made possible through proper discipleship of the church body, and proclamation of the gospel.

The church currently operates out of King’s Chapel in Irving, Texas, and is led by Apostle Tyrone Howell Jr. Under the leadership of the apostle, the church shares the Word of Jesus with the world and works to retrieve those who are lost and have previously left the church. The church also exists to support ministerial leaders such as pastors, prophets, and evangelists, developing and preparing them for ministerial work.
