I am a senior at the University of Michigan-Flint graduating this May. I will graduate with a BA in Professional Communication accompanied by a cognate in Art History.

My interest in the happenings of interpersonal interactions has led me to pursue a career in communication research. This is a career that will fuel my curiosity while helping the field gain a better understanding of interpersonal communication. More specifically, I am interested in learning about communication in intercultural and familial contexts. I plan to attend graduate school this fall to begin earning a master's degree in communication to help me reach this career goal.

Outside of my studies I enjoy film, playing hockey, reading, working on home improvement projects, and participating in civic engagement activities in my community. I have a passion for helping youth who face circumstancial hardships and particularly like to spend time mentoring and tutoring them to serve as a stable and positive influence in their life.
