Greetings, I'm Sydney Hayes, a former Principal Talent Advisor at DotConnect, LLC. My expertise lies in Agency Recruiting, where I specialized in Strategic Divisions and Executive-level roles for early to mid-stage tech companies, with a primary focus on B2B & SaaS. Prior to this, I worked as a Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn, where I partnered with MME accounts to ensure proper utilization and education of LinkedIn.
My career began in the Hospitality Industry, where I worked in Corporate Events & Weddings. My passion for creating unique and highly successful client experiences while ensuring flawless execution has kept me on my toes for over 5 years.
