Sydney Henry

Hi, I’m Sydney. I’m a Recreation Therapist living in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. I am currently finishing my final year in a Therapeutic Recreation Degree from Dalhousie University, with a certificate in Disability Management. My degree has centered around removing barriers for individuals with physical, cognitive, emotional and social limitations to acquire or maintain skills, knowledge, or behaviors that allow them to return to previous enjoyed activities. This has introduced me to working with a wide population of individuals of varying ages, and disability, each with their own challenges.
