Syd Markle is an organizational change and communications strategist who helps large enterprises turn transformation into human experience. At IBM, she works within the Global Workforce Transformation team in Transformation & Operations, designing strategies that help employees understand, adopt, and thrive through change. Her work blends change management, storytelling, and communication to connect strategy to action.
Outside of IBM, Syd leads in the agile and transformation community as President and Chief Executive Officer of Agile Austin. Through this work, she champions learning, collaboration, and inclusive leadership practices that strengthen the future of work.
She holds a Bachelor of Journalism in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin, and certifications in Results Management (RME) and ICAgile Coaching.
