So hello, my name is Sydney and I am the writter behind the blog Sydney the Silly Yak. About five years ago I was diagnosed with something called Celiac Disease, a life long disease of which has no cure but symtoms can be eased or totally alleviated bby following a gluten-free diet. Basing my life around a gluten-free diet was more than a struggle at first but has become second nature to me after this long period of time.
