Sydwell Ndlovu is a 22 year old student teacher currently in third year at the University of Johannesburg. He is studying B.Ed.in Senior and FET Phase. He major in English and History. Teachers strengths is that he is constantly reflecting on his practice and looking for ways to improve, flexibility and willingness to always learn and try new things, and passion for teaching. His biggest weakness is a fear of failure.
