My Attaché Journey ...

I was appointed in Attaché on September 2008 in the position of support consultant primary deployed for assisting software distribution partners. I have made significant progress over the four years in Attaché and have gained excellent experience, trust and respect from the dealers. There have been considerable learning phase for me especially in the Business Intelligence side of our software. I have reached a point in my career where I believe I can make significant contribution.

What do I do at Attaché?

My primary responsibility in this full time senior level support role is to provide technical support and backup to the dealer network and end user. It includes trouble shooting and resolving day-today queries encountered by software vendors, and those implementing and using Attaché’s range of solutions.

I am also responsible for managing our software installation process and people. I am managing installation team who installs the software as a part of Attaché software implementation process.

Other responsibilities are to provide software training to the dealer network through a wide range of delivery modes including the internet, distance education, self-paced learning and face-to-face instruction.
