I Have 18+ Years of diversified Experience most of Mechanical field i.e In Installation, Commissioning, Preventive Maintenance, Routine Maintenance of Steam Turbines, Compressors, Pumps, ID/FD Fans, Blowers, Gears, Centrifugal dryers, Conveyors, associated parts and equipments too. In addition to installation and maintenance of rotating equipment I am well experienced in maintenance/ installation and Overhauling of Process Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Air fin Coolers, Columns, Vessels and Valves. Took part to prepare technical / commercial proposals in response to tender invitations, conducted job risk assessments, prepared method statements for different activities, well understands the P & ID, PFD, General arrangement, Isometrics, plans, Sectional drawings, 3D and data sheets. Lead the team of multinationals sub ordinates (foremen/supervisors/Engineers) and the workforce added an excellent exposure to work with western national colleagues /superiors. Attending regular Quality / Construction meetings. Representing Inspection Department during Kick of Meetings (Proposal, Engineering & Construction Phases) and addressing Quality requirements for all phases of Projects.
