A brief history of my coaching practices. By luck my field in career coaching was accelerated through involvement and dealings with rising levels of ambiguity and pressures to perform in an increasingly dependent family business context at “SILICON GROUP” as the Deputy Managing Director, in charge of Finance, Business Development, marketing, procurement, publications & all other functions uncalled for at times. Top management asked me to be a both strategic decision makers and effective leader required to effectively manage people.
