Syed Abdul Basit is an experienced Project and Product Management professional with 18+ years of technical and commercial experience designing, developing, managing, and scaling innovative digital products, services, and ventures. He is currently working as Digital Delivery Head at Mobily (a leading telecom company in Saudi Arabia). He worked with VentureDive as a Principal Consultant and led Account Management, Service Delivery, and Presales for enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia. Earlier, he worked as a Senior Project Manager and an expert in delivering solutions related to Digital Twin, HealthTech, FinTech, PropTech, Aviation, and the Travel industry for more than a decade.

He has worked with Founder Institute (the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator) as Director for the Karachi Chapter and coached startups on how to build a scalable product. He is also associated with the National Incubation Center Karachi as a Startup Coach and Mentor. Previously, he worked as a Program Advisor with the Microsoft Innovation Center Karachi.

He was awarded “Product Champion” for Nokia Life and played a key role in launching value-added services for Ufone Pakistan, such as Background Music & Live Cricket Commentary, Collect Call, Voice SMS, and Notify Me. He has also conducted Hackathons with 300 Developers to publish more than 350+ apps for Nokia & Microsoft within a month. Spearheaded more than 35 mobile apps for the B2B & B2C market and mentored 100+ startups across Pakistan.

He has been teaching Technology Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Marketing Strategies, Value Innovation, Services Marketing, Telecom Management, Business Ethics, and Organizational Behavior as an Adjunct Faculty at IoBM, NED University of Engineering & Technology, Bahria University, UIT, and PAF-KIET. In addition, conducted multiple workshops, seminars, and training sessions on Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Corporate Innovation, and Leadership.
