At an international level of critics and audiences, Sylvanna Fraga has been consistently acknowledged for her strong and bright temperament, along with an interpretive quality of performance that combines admirable sensitivity, elegant grace, and virtuoso technique.
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Sylvanna Fraga comes from a distinguished lineage of musicians. She studied with Martha Pisano, who was a student of Alberto Williams, the renowned Argentine pianist and composer, himself a disciple of George Mathias, who studied with the great Frédéric Chopin.
Her appearances have taken her across Europe, South, Central, and North America. She has performed as a soloist interpreting Schumann’s Piano Concerto with the Orchestra of the Foothills, Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 5, “The Emperor”, at UCLA, and her romantic repertoire in Madrid, Salamanca, Segovia, Jerez de la Frontera (Spain), Rome and Sicily (Italy), Buenos Aires and Entre Ríos (Argentina), Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Curitiba (Brazil), Uruguay, Paraguay, Mexico City, and California, Las Vegas, Tennessee, Texas, and Florida (USA).
Sylvanna Fraga has also performed at the Commander’s Holiday Reception for the United States Central Command and the 6th Air Mobility Wing at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, playing for General of the U.S. Army Lloyd J. Austin III.

She has also been invited to perform for the President of the Dominican Republic, serving as pianist, choir conductor, and orchestra conductor.
Fraga had the honor of perfecting and continuously enriching her repertoire with Maestro Brook Smith, piano accompanist to the legendary Jascha Heifetz, widely regarded as the greatest violinist of the century.

She continues refining her artistry with Maestro Eduardo Delgado, considered one of the finest pianists alive.
Belonging to the Music Teachers National Association, Sylvanna Fraga is in constant demand as a private piano instructor and teacher of master classes. She teaches in her private studio and online to students from Europe, Asia, and California.

In 2016, Sylvanna received the Steinway & Sons Top Teacher Award, recognizing her excellence in music education and her ability to inspire young people to embark on a lifetime of musical expression.
Fraga has 38 years of experience as a Minister of Music, conducting choirs and children’s choirs, performing as a piano soloist and accompanist, playing the organ, singing, and arranging traditional and contemporary sacred repertoire.
