"Coaching...as a young adult I started training and coaching basketball teams, gave aerobic and jazz lessons. It will be of no surprise that I took my chance to give workshops in Belgium and other countries, when I got the opportunity through my employer, an international company within the graphic industry.

After having managed 'our talents at home', I was introduced to Insights Discovery. I followed the training, and It was so inspiring, that it brought me back to an old love: coaching and training.

Today I am licensed to use this fantastic psychometric instrument, called Insights Discovery, that is making people aware of their preferences and talents and it helps team perform to the maximum.

The current tendency within the field of coaching, is not to want to improve your weak points to perfection- though you should at least be aware of them - as it is asking too much energy and can lead to unnecessary frustrations. To sharpen your strong points and maximize your talents works so much better. This vision coincides with my wish to help people find and use their talents. This results in positive energy, and everybody around them profits from that.

Sylvia, born in the Netherlands, built up 20 years of HR experience and corporate training , has 3 kids with her partner and lives for 15+ years in Belgium. Her interactive and insightful workshops are tailor made for teams and personal use. She speaks Dutch, English and French.
