As a Web3 developer experience manager and upcoming software engineer at NGENI IO LIMITED, my primary responsibility is to ensure that the company has a smooth talent acquisition and business development process. I manage the business development department, where I work closely with developers to identify and pursue new business leads.

In addition to my business development role, I also work on researching on Web3 projects and applications. This allows me to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and ensure that NGENI IO LIMITED remains at the forefront of innovation in the tech industry.

Before joining NGENI IO LIMITED, I worked at Ivory Eye Centre, where I managed the front office and oversaw the center's accounts and insurance companies. This experience provided me with strong organizational and communication skills, which are critical to my current role.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kiriri Women's University of Science and Technology, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in programming and software development. Outside of work, I have a keen interest in music and writing.
