I am a highly experienced mental health specialist providing counselling and psychosexual & relationship therapy. Skilled in cognitive behavioural therapy, neurolinguistic programming, hypnotherapy, psychodynamic counselling.

Although I have helped many people, I'm perhaps best known for my two-hour phone-in programme on LBC Radio (now London’s Biggest Conversation), which aired five nights a week, from 8 till 10 pm, dealing with personal, sexual, emotional and workplace problems.
