I am a Pole teaching English in America. I have always been interested in foreign languages. Therefore, I decided to pursue my career in teaching English and so far, my overall experience has been great - I've met fantastic people, made friends for life, and learned a lot, especially from my students and work colleagues.
I think that one day I would like to settle down and maybe move back to my country in order to get a job at one of the prestigious universities, naturally as an English professor. I am sure that my many travels and born-in curiosity will prove helpful in keeping young people's interest while explaining dry theories on grammar or syntax.
For now, however, I am focused on establishing my own language school in the heart of Texas.
Texas English Academy (TEA) was brought to life in November of 2011. TEA prepares students to take standardized English examinations, including the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), the Graduate Record Examination (GRE), the SAT (reading and writing), and the ACT (English, reading and writing). These tests are required for enrollment by most American colleges and universities. TEA intensively reviews your acquired education, training, and experience to provide you with English language learning tailored to your particular needs.
