We are Synerfac Resources, an international consulting firm. We specialise in facilities management and in talent acquisition, more specifically, we specialise in working with culturally diverse environments. Our firm’s mission is to provide our expertise to in-house management departments, contract service providers, and industry recruiters to help break down the barriers of facility complexities that often occur in any cross-cultural setting.

Currently, our firm is headed by Jayant Atmaram Joshi. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing high-value, and complex portfolios and projects with some of the world’s leading companies and industries. He worked for companies like Haliburton Worldwide Ltd., the world’s largest oil and gas service provider, and he also assumed a similar role for Emirates National Oil Company Ltd.

Synerfac Resources exists to help organizations in India and in the Middle East achieve operational maturity in facilities management. It’s critical that companies have competent and effective facilities management on all levels as it is a crucial component for running and maintaining efficiency within a firm’s core structure.
