I work as a HR professional in the Executive Consultancy field, started at HILL Budapest (CEE Management Consulting Company) in 2004. In the early years my duties were executive search and Candidate approaching mainly in Telco/IT industry. Very soon, I became the System Administrator and am responsible for the Online Products portfolio.

Since I graduated as an engineer at faculty of industrial automation I have good understanding of technical positions and projects. I am also a post-graduate in HR.

At HILL I was part of the team when we launched our online 360 degree feedback system in 2007 and participated also the software development of FineFit in 2010. Now I am responsible for both FineFit products: 'Entry' for mass recruitment and 'Person' for handling detailed Applicant database.

I am actively contributing the development of HILL's online website. Also I manage the company`s social media appearance and newsletters. Since the new technical solutions are one of my fav topics, I`m really keen on following the cutting edge technologies.

Nowadays I support the open source community, principally Mozilla Foundation as a Social Media Lead at Firefox OS Engagement team.
