My responsibilities spread from developing, maintaining, updating, multidisciplinary detailed level 5 schedules including baseline management, Periodic reporting to different clients - LUL, Network Rail, Progress and financial reporting / Earned Value analysis, Monitoring key programmes milestones, providing different look ahead, critical path analysis as well as carrying out What if analysis on request. I am Oracle Primavera certified with many years of rail experience behind.
