Szymon Bodych

Hi, I’m Szymon Bodych - a programmer, indie hacker and entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience building internet products.

I’m the founder and CEO of CrawlJobs, a global job search platform that uses AI to collect opportunities directly from employer career pages and make them accessible to candidates in 20 languages. I first explored the idea years ago, but the scale and complexity made it difficult to build independently. When AI changed what was technically possible, I returned to it and spent the next four years developing the platform.

I’m also working on several other products across recruitment, education and productivity, including Company.fit, Teamlayer and IT Flashcards. I enjoy turning ambitious ideas into practical products, especially when technology can make complicated systems simpler and more accessible.

I build for a global audience and am currently growing CrawlJobs, expanding the team and developing the wider group of products around it.
