I am an Indian industrial entrepreneur and investor, currently serving as the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of Refex Industries Limited, the flagship entity of the Refex Group. With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, I have built and scaled businesses across industrial chemicals, renewable energy, infrastructure services, green mobility, and healthcare solutions.

I founded Refex in 2002 with an initial focus on refrigerant gases and industrial chemical distribution. Over time, the group evolved in response to regulatory changes, sustainability imperatives, and market opportunities, expanding into renewable energy (solar), ash and coal handling services, electric mobility, medical imaging, and allied infrastructure sectors. Today, Refex Industries operates as a diversified industrial enterprise with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, compliance, and long-term value creation.

As a first-generation entrepreneur, my professional journey has been shaped by hands-on execution, disciplined capital allocation, and a focus on building scalable, process-driven organizations. I have been actively involved in corporate strategy, business development, governance, and stakeholder engagement, particularly in navigating growth within regulated and infrastructure-intensive sectors.

In addition to my operating role, I am an active angel and strategic investor through the group’s investment arm, Refex Capital. My investment interests are aligned with sectors where industrial experience, sustainability, and technology intersect—particularly clean energy, EV mobility, industrial technology, and ESG-driven businesses. I typically engage beyond capital by providing strategic guidance, industry access, and operational insight to early-stage and growth-stage companies.
