Tim Morris

Hey everyone. My name is Tim, and I am a student worker at Morehead State. I have been in college for around four years now, and despite that, I have no idea what I am doing. My current degree is University Studies until I find a different major to go into. I've been doing this for so long now that it feels like I am stuck here not making any progress, so I hope all of that changes this semester.

Outside of constantly working and doing school stuff, I am a massive nerd. Video games and film (animation in particular) are my biggest passions. Aside from that, I love trying new food, listening to music (particularly instrumental stuff), reading books and writing. That last part has always been a hassle, as I am someone who loves to come up with ideas for stories and scripts, and I spend an unhealthy amount of time pondering on them, but I always have a terrible time putting them on paper.

I want to break down my awkward social barriers and go places. I am a massive homebody who hates change, and yet despite that I want to see the country and the world. I also want to learn how to better structure papers and documents, both for my writing skills (for both professional and personal reasons) and to help with future job opportunities. I hope that this Professional Writing class can help me a little bit in that regard.
