I’m Megyn Taback. I’m a teacher in Delray Beach, Florida. I teach IBMYP PE and IBDP Sports Exercise Health Science, IBMYP PE, and Aerobics. I am a PMA-CPT, RTY-200, AFAA group fitness instructor, Spinning instructor, Barre Instructor and more. I love fitness and want to help PE teachers incorporate fitness into PE curriculum. the more students who experience fitness in PE can find something they enjoy and choose fitness for life!!!
