Tabber Benedict

I’m Tabber B. Benedict, Founder and Managing Partner of Benedict Advisors PLLC. I built the firm to deliver BigLaw-trained, bespoke legal services to lower middle-market businesses that demand sophisticated counsel without unnecessary bureaucracy.

I’m a Columbia Law School graduate and trained at elite global firms including White & Case LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel (now McDermott Will & Schulte). My experience also includes work at the White House, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and ACE Limited (now Chubb). Over the course of my career, I and my partners have worked on transactions exceeding $100 billion in the aggregate across mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, and complex commercial matters.

I founded Benedict Advisors to bridge the gap between traditional BigLaw and boutique practices. We serve as true business partners to entrepreneurs, investors, funds, and family offices—from idea-stage through approximately $100 million in enterprise value—providing partner-level attention on every engagement.

My approach is practical, disciplined, and outcome-driven. I focus on structuring deals that protect clients’ interests while advancing growth, securing capital, and achieving successful exits. I believe long-term relationships and reputation matter more than short-term wins.
