Like many others, I’ve always found the question “tell me about yourself” to be intimidating, until I realized what it was really asking: “enlighten me on what is interesting about you, so that I can determine if you can be beneficial to me”. So here it goes: I am fervent about the importance of communication within all aspects of the life of an individual. So far, I've exerted this passion into being a diligent Human Resources Assistant who has gained experience in managing HRIS and improving effectiveness and efficiency in the workplace. My strengths include excellent communication and relationship building skills with management, peers, vendors and candidates. I am also skilled at office organization, record keeping and report creation while being able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
