Tadas Joskaudas

The art of sales has been my passion for years — from handcrafted accessories to reagents and consumables for laboratories and small projects. Strong communication skills and natural charisma make it easy for me to connect with people and build lasting relationships. I see myself as both a leader and a team player, never hesitant to take responsibility or drive personal projects forward.

I hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry, which gave me a strong foundation across multiple scientific fields. At the same time, I’m always eager to learn and expand my skills beyond my academic background.

What drives me most is the pursuit of meaningful conversations — learning how people live, what they feel, how they react, and how I can respond in a way that creates value. As an ENTP, I thrive on curiosity, adaptability, and finding creative solutions to challenges.
