Hi, I'm Taha Baba

I work at the intersection of three things most people keep separate: AI adoption in mission-driven organisations, the messy reality of marketing automation at scale, and why capability gaps persist where you'd least expect them.

For over a decade, I've led digital fundraising and marketing automation across multiple continents, most recently at UNHCR, supporting 30+ global markets. But my real interest sits in that friction zone between what's technically possible and what's organisationally achievable. That's where the real work happens.

I build open infrastructure for social good, write about AI thoughtfully (two published books), and spend a lot of time thinking about how organisations move from constraint to capability.

Based in London. Always interested in people wrestling with these problems.
