The APICA, an association for the promotion of images, creation, and the arts, based in French Polynesia, under the guidance of the Ministry of Tourism, Ecology, Culture, Territorial Amenities and of Air transport and of the youth and sports institut, in partnership with Air Tahiti nui, Media Polynésie, Tahiti Nui Television, Tahiti Tourism, , Tahizea, Le Méridien, la ville de Papeete, l’Agence française de développement (AFD), le centre européen de formation à la production de film, le conservatoire artistique de la Polynésie française, le centre Vaima and Te fare tauhiti nui – Maison de la culture, organizes from November 9th to 17th, 2013 the first edition of the International Festival of Short Fiction Films from the Islands of the World: Courts des îles, in the Paofai Gardens( Papeete, Tahiti).
