Established by seasoned finance and real estate professionals Joseph Tahl and Rodney Propp, New York’s Tahl Propp Equities presently owns over four million square feet of retail, office, and residential space. Conducting the bulk of its transactions near its company headquarters in Manhattan, the firm benefits from working relationships with partners and affiliates who have developed, managed, and invested in real estate properties for more than a century. One of Tahl Propp’s latest development sites is Lexington Gardens, a 200,000 square-foot residential project that will contain 200 affordable apartment units.

In addition to providing reasonably priced housing for New York City residents, Tahl Propp also offers a wide range of conventional rentals and residential condominiums. The firm’s commercial building developments include the Three Gateway Center in Newark, New Jersey; the Hermes Building in New York City; and the Barclay’s Wealth Building in Palm Beach, Florida. The company also leases property to leading retailers such as Ralph Lauren and Gap, Inc.
