I am a certified and registered professional biologist with an assortment of intense passions. Born and raised in a small mining town in northern Ontario, I have had the good fortune to see many places. I love Canada.

I am fascinated with 'life' everywhere. I love most the solitude of the mountains and the bush. I am at one with the world when I am immersed in nature.

I also feel intense pleasure from a vintage or historic racing car driving through the corkscrew at Laguna Seca at speed. The mechanical symphony of a V12 at full song is one continuous aural orgasm.

Somewhat contradictory and ironic? Possibly. I am a fiercely independent thinker watching and learning how the world is. I am keenly interested in deciphering a sustainable path forward in this increasingly complex financial, social, physical, emotional and spiritual world we are building. I wish to advance our capacity to reconnect human nature with physical nature.
