Tai Adkins lives in Gary, Indiana, where she has established a career as an entrepreneur and the founder of ARC Group Contractors, LLC, where she is CEO and President. Tai is a Certified Professional in Supply Diversity (CPSD) and a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), and she holds her Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin School of Business.

Alongside her work as an entrepreneur, consultant, and business owner, Tai Adkins is also an active member of her community. She is a board member of both the Family Life Community Center and the Sojourner Truth Foundation, and she has even founded her own nonprofit organization. Tai has several professional associations as well, as a member of the National Black MBA Association, the Institute for Supply Chain Management, and the National Contract Management Association.

When Tai's not preoccupied with her fulfilling career, she loves turning to athletics to unwind. In high school and college, she played basketball religiously, but now she’s more of a recreational player, although she does love being a spectator. Tai Adkins is also a passionate supporter of the high school she attended and the athletics programs it operates, especially the basketball teams.
