My story

I have been working in HR for a decade and I´m still truly enjoying my career choice. When I was in high school, I got really interested in psychology. After gratuation I applied to university to study psychology, but didn´t get in. I managed to get in business school, where I started my studies, still planning to apply again for studying psychology. However in business school I met HR and fell in love. In life you eventually end up where you are suppose to be, as it was in my case. HR is my thing.

Why I love HR

There is nothing more interesting to me than influencing to make better business and also better worklife. HR for me is all about making a difference. My most rewarding moments in work have been when being able to make a difference and seeing employees and managers happy.

I´m thrilled and dedicated to developing businesses and people and growing alongside myself too.

Area of interest in HR

I love working in a generalist role, where it is possible to continuously develop in many areas of HR. I enjoy working as business partner, employment issues AND HRD.
