Hi, I’m Taina Bartlett.

I’m a bilingual Project Manager and Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience leading multimillion-dollar capital projects across the U.S. and Latin America. I specialize in GMP-regulated environments, factory acceptance testing (FAT), process automation, vendor coordination, and leadership across complex systems.

I hold an MBA, a Civil Engineering degree, and a Project Management certificate. I’ve worked for major firms like Bimbo Bakeries and Kroger, launched my own business, and supported teams across engineering, operations, and manufacturing environments.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about health-forward living, creative thinking, and designing systems that help others thrive. This space is a reflection of both sides of my life: leadership and lifestyle — real, grounded, and growth-driven.
